This is a very aromatic, heavy balsamic vinegar with 40% fruit content—a delicate balance between the acidity and sweetness of berries. The bubbles of strawberry vinegar are a delight not only in summer. Enjoy them with:
- fresh salads – fruity in summer or e.g. with some pumpkin seed oil in autumn
- Asparagus dishes or salads in spring
- dark meat, game or poultry dishes
- foie gras
- with cheese, e.g. goat cheese, Roquefort or Camembert
- Fruit salads and desserts
- Ice cream or even with yogurt and muesli
Like all pearls, they’re a pleasant surprise for the palate. They’re beautiful, but above all, they give you the freedom to be creative! It’s up to you to decide what suits your dishes!
